Fully Remote: You get the freedom and flexibility to work from home. This is a fully remote position.

Stipend: We provide a stipend for licensure fees and/or licensing exams. We also provide a stipend that goes towards your personal health insurance if you meet a certain number of clinical hours.

No Admin Work: Focus time and energy on your real passion for providing therapy and developing your skills as a clinician. We won’t ask you to do billing, insurance claims, or any other business administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy and/or couples therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in managing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and more.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• The following independent licensures are eligible to apply: licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD

• The following pre-licensed clinicians are also eligible to apply: Maryland Psychology Associates; Virginia Psychology Residents who have already obtained a PsyD or PhD.; a Maryland based LGPC*

  • *Supervision is free to all staff.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing therapy post degree conferral.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.

• Strong commitment to cultural competence and working with clients from various backgrounds, including LGBTQIAP+ communities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
